GAZZLERS

In GAZZLERS, you must fight different enemies and bosses in each world of this roguelike rail shooter game. You can also combine weapon parts to create synergies and buy upgrades to make each run easier.

This project involved porting a VR game to mobile, which required changes to the design, gameplay, and optimization. This includes UI and gameplay adjustments, 3D object mesh optimization, object pooling instead of instantiation, scene loading optimization, etc.

It has been challenging, but I have learned a lot (and it's a fun game to work with). In addition to third-party SDKs, such as Firebase, I also implemented real-time internet checks (rather than local checks, to prevent cheating) for daily rewards, automatic support e-mail writing and "rate us" flow.
